Phillipe Martin Chatelain is a hoodlum from the Bronx, New York. He writes poetry and is founder and Managing Editor of In Parentheses Literary Magazine. A recent graduate of Boston University, his first chapbook taking shots alone has been independently released and his poetry can be found in publications such as The Rockett Review, Blast Furnace, Bareback Lit, Enhance Magazine, and The Acentos Review.

He writes as someone in the tradition of the urban troubadour or the flaneur–wandering, taking notes. He believes that poetry of our generation has taken on a much more digital definition.
